Mr. Stobbe is a strategic HR Executive and C-level partner to senior management. His speciality is in driving sustainable business growth worldwide by aligning human capital with overall business objectives. As an attorney, licensed to practice in the state of Illinois, he bring his knowledge of regulatory compliance, employee relations and contract law.  Mr. Stobbe's professional experience includes serving as Vice President, Human Resources/Operations/Administration for First Commonwealth, Inc.  His role was to build and manage the HR department as the company grew from a start-up enterprise to a leading managed dental care plan.  Mr. Stobbe has also designed and implemented a leadership development curriculum for the Nippon Sharyo USA management team.  Mr. Stobbe's teaching experience includes three semesters as an Adjunct Faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where he taught "Executive Success Skills."
