Kuhn has worked with manufacturers and distributors to optimize their performance by applying leading edge techniques such as strategic planning using statistical / quality management prioritization, lean based inventory management and supply chain cycle time reduction. He has developed training programs for corporations and organizations combining the latest technology with innovative industry specific processes.  Kuhn has also authored courses for DePaul on Quality for Manufacturing and Quality for the Service Industry, and delivered customized training programs to Baxter, IBM, Premark International. Quaker, Sears Brand Central, and W. W. Grainger.  Kuhn is a professional speaker on topics including sales and operations planning; statistical forecasting; cycle time reduction; data quality and defect management.


Association for Operations Management (APICS) Chicago Chapter, Past President and currently Lead Instructor – CPIM; Project Management Institute (PMI).


Co-author of APICS CIRM Logistics review course.  Articles published on topics including customer service; manufacturing planning, and enterprise software evaluation.
